Personalisation

1. On the View Cart page, please click on Special Request and enter up to 5 characters from a choice of letters, numbers and even a hyphen.
2. Characters will be embroidered with tonal thread initials. They will be placed 9 cm from the edge of the bag. Please see images for reference.
3. Characters are 2cm in height and available only in Ettinger logo font.
4. Personalised order may take up to 3 weeks for delivery depending on schedule.


Care Instructions
- Brush the canvas with a soft dry brush or wipe it clean with a damp soft sponge.
- Wipe the leather gently with a soft damp cloth, then leave to dry naturally.
- Applying a small amount of Ettinger Leather Balm once in a while will help protect and nourish the leather so that your item will last for many years. 
- Avoid very wet and humid conditions.
