Yes we do! Other than Mars, airports, military addresses, P.O boxes, we deliver to major cities worldwide.

For Singapore, its FREE (S$50 and above) or S$5 for orders below S$50.

For International Delivery (via DHL Express) for most small leather goods and accessories:
Asia: S$35 onwards

3. Do you offer self-pickup or meet-up option?
We are fully online and we are pretty shy too. All orders are delivered to you by our courier partners only.
4. How do I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has been despatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your parcel every step of the way.
5. How long does it take for a parcel to reach me?
This depends on the availability of the product and location. Since most of our products are offered based on a pre-order and MTO basis, you should receive your parcel in 1.5 weeks (for delivery in Singapore) or 2-3 weeks (for international delivery).
If you need a better estimation, feel free to contact us before you place your order.
*All deliveries are subject to possible custom delays and may take slightly longer during promotional periods, festive seasons (Christmas/New Year) or unforeseen circumstances such as Covid-19.
6. What if I miss the delivery for my parcel?
No sweat! For delivery in Singapore, a redelivery will be arranged.
For international delivery, our courier parnter will arrange for a redelivery with you. If our courier still fail to redeliver and the parcel is returned to us, the cost for redelivery will be borne by you.
7. Do I have to pay duties and taxes for delivery outside of Singapore?
Any applicable duties and taxes imposed by your local customs will be borne by you. If you are unsure, please check with your local customs before placing an order with us.
*For delivery to China: please note that all duties and taxes on orders going to China will be borne by you. And you may be contacted by local customs and/courier company to help clear the goods.
To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure the delivery contact details are accurate. Customs clearance procedures may delay the delivery of your goods, especially if your local customs office or courier company has difficulties getting in touch with you.

We only keep stock for a few selected products. We are focused on offering a wider range of products based on pre-order or made-to-order basis so we can stay lean and more sustainable with minimal or zero inventory wastage.
Since we work very closely with our partners, we are able to receive pre-order products usually in a week's time if no custom delay.

2. Are you an official stockist for the brands you carry?
Yes. We only work directly with brand owners. Over the years, we have established a very close relationship with them. We are familiar with their products, services (e.g. personalisation/bespoke) and modus operandi. For instance, we have been working directly with luxury leather goods maker Ettinger for more than 10 years since 2011!
3. Do you provide personalization of products?
Yes - some brands provide personalization for a small premium. An option under the product description will be provided if it can be personalized. If you are not sure, just drop us a message here, IG or WhatsApp (+65 8426 8891). We will be happy to help.
4. I ordered a personalized product but I have changed my mind regarding the initials. Can it be done?
It depends. Let us know ASAP! We will try our best.
5. I'm buying as a gift. Do you provide gift wrapping?

How do I care for small leather goods like a wallet or a card case?
The "best" way to care for leather is to use it. And some TLC with a little leather cleaner/conditioner every now and then is all you need to clean, nourish and protect it for years of faithful service!
How much leather cleaner/conditioner should I apply?
Less is more when it comes to leather care. And ALWAYS test on a inconspicuous area first to test for color fastness.
How often should I clean my leather goods?
There are no hard and fuss rules. You can do it every less or more often depending on usage.
For ongoing maintenance, all you need is dust off any surface dust/dirt with a clean cloth followed by cleaning it gently with a clean, damp cloth (not dripping wet!). Then leave it to dry naturally. *Keep the hair dryer for your hair only!
Do you have any leather care tips?
Here are some tips yo can't take note of. Its not an exhaustive list because there are so many scenarios when it comes to stains for instance. So if in doubt, drop us a message, we will try our bestsellers to help. For stubborn stains, always bring your leather to a professional for treatment.
Avoid direct heat source for prolong period to prevent dry out or cracks. Eg. on the dashboard of your car; on the oven top etc.
Keep leather dry. If it gets wet, let it dry naturally.
Clean and condition your leather often to prevent cracking/dry out and to bring back the sheen and suppleness. IMPORTANT: When using any cleaning solutions on leather, always test it on a less obvious area.
Avoid placing sharp objects such as keys with leather to prevent scratches.
Avoid possible contact with inks, oil and fragrance.
Always placed unused leather products in a box or dust bag. Tip: Reuse the original packaging for storage.
Avoid overstretching a wallet/card holders with too many cards. It will cause the leather to lose its shape. Its a good practice to do regular "housekeeping"
For surface dirt, clean with a damp cloth and let dry.
Treat stains from food/skin by blotting it with a piece of clean, dry cloth. Do not wipe as it will spread the stain.
Do not scrub or brush a stain on a particular spot as it may lighten the color of the leather.
Do not leave printed items such as newspapers or magazines on leather as the inks may bleed and transfer onto the leather surface.
Be mindful of color transfer from new denim apparels. Some color dyes on denim may not be stable and may transfer its color onto lighter leather accessories.
