DELIVERY
  1. Do you deliver OUTSIDE of Singapore?
    Yes we do. Other than Mars, airports, military addresses, P.O boxes, we deliver to major cities worldwide. 

  2. What is the cost of delivery?
    Delivery in Singapore is FREE for orders above S$50. Otherwise, the delivery cost is S$5 for orders below S$50.

    International delivery cost starts from a reasonable rate of S$6 (for most small leather goods) depending on destination and weight. The correct delivery charge will be shown at Checkout.

  3. Who delivers my parcel?
    We work with several reliable shipping partners such as Singpost, DHL, FedEx etc using a trackable service so you will know the location of your parcel at any point in time.

  4. How do I track my parcel?
    Once your parcel has been despatched. we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your parcel every step of the way.

  5. How long does it take for a parcel to reach me?
    Once we receive your order, it will be processed in 1 to 2 days (except weekends and PH). For delivery in Singapore, it usually takes 1 to 2 working days to reach you.

    For international delivery, it will take up to 1 to 1.5 weeks depending on destination and custom clearance. Note: Delivery may take slightly longer during SALE, promotional periods or unforeseen circumstances.

  6. What if I miss my parcel?
    No sweat! For deliveries in Singapore, most small parcels will go right into your letterbox so you never have to pick it up at the post office. Save time! For larger items like bags, we will arrange for it to be delivered to your doorstep.

    For international deliveries, you will either receive a delivery note to contact our shipping partner for re-delivery OR to pick up at the nearest post office. Please take note of any deadlines for pick up. If the parcel is returned to us, another delivery charge will be payable for re-delivery.

  7. Do I have to pay duties and taxes for delivery OUTSIDE of Singapore?
    Your parcel will be sent DDU (delivered duty unpaid). In other words, any applicable duties and taxes imposed by your local custom will be borne by you. So please check with your local customs before placing an order with us.

 

PAYMENT

  1. How can I pay?
    We offer PayPal (which accepts VISA, MASTER, AMEX). For Singapore customers, you can opt to make payment conveniently via PayNow. Give us a heads up before you place an order.

  2. How safe is it to buy online from onlyBrown?
    We appreciate the importance of payment security for your online purchases. We are using PayPal as a payment solution that allows you to make payment with peace of mind via PayPal's own secure payment gateway. Time to shop now?
     
  3. How do I pay in USD?
    All orders are only processed in Singapore dollars (SGD). But for your convenience, we have included a currency converter feature (top-right corner of the page) for your shopping convenience. Note: Prices in foreign currencies displayed are estimates only.

  4. Are taxes included in your prices?
    All displayed prices do not include sales tax or Goods & Services Tax (GST) as commonly known in Singapore. For delivery outside of Singapore, duties and taxes may be imposed and borne by you. For more information, please check with your local customs.

 

    PRODUCTS

    1. Where are the leather goods made?
      It depends on the brand. Our leather products are mainly curated from the UK, Europe and Japan that are known for excellence in design and leather craftsmanship. In any case, the country of manufacture will be indicated clearly under the product description for every product.

    2. Are you an official stockist for the brands you carry?
      Yes. We only work directly with brand owners. Over the years, we have established a very close relationship with them and we are familiar with their products and services (e.g. personalisation/bespoke) they provide.

    3. Any tips to care for my leather goods?
      For on-going maintenance, all you need is to wipe down the surface with a piece of clean, damp cloth (not dripping wet). Remember to clean and condition the leather occasionally to prevent it from drying out or cracking too. Gentle reminder: Regardless of the kind of leather cleaning solution you use, always test on an inconspicuous area first.

    4. Do you provide personalization of products?
      Yes - some brands do provide personalization for a small premium. An option under the product description will be provided if it can be personalized. If you are not sure, just drop us a message here, IG or WhatsApp (+65 8426 8891).

    5. I ordered a personalized product but I have changed my mind regarding the initials. Can it be done?
      We will try our best. Let us know ASAP!

    6. I'm buying as a gift. Do you provide gift wrapping?
      Most if not all products come in their own presentable 
      packaging. We can have it nicely wrapped in our branded ribbon for you if it works. Otherwise, let us know and we will see what we can do for you. :)
