Updates on Covid-19

  1. Is onlyBrown still operating during the current Covid-19 period?
It is still business as usual for us. However, we are experiencing delays in deliveries to our customers and from our suppliers.

  2. When will my parcel be despatched?
Once we receive an order, we normally despatch it the next working day. You will then receive a tracking number for your registered parcel. However, during this period, we will only despatch on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays until further notice.

  3. How's my parcel handled?
Most deliveries in Singapore will be contactless as they will be dropped into letterboxes. For parcels that require a sign-off, (Singapore and overseas), the delivery staff should be taking safe distancing measures to protect you and themselves.

    What You Should Do:
    1. For peace of mind, you may request to provide your details as proof of delivery instead of signing on any device or document. And remember to wash or sanitize your hands after handling the parcel.
    2. Clear you letterboxes regularly so you can continue to receive mails.
    3. If your delivery address has been set to your office address, please update it (before Checkout) to your home address for the time being as redirecting of parcels is not possible during this period.

According to WHO, "the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low." Source: WHO

  4. Will my parcel be delivered on time?
Deliveries in Singapore are experiencing minimal delays.

For international registered deliveries, we are partnering with DHL for a more time-definite delivery schedule. However, delay is still possible as the situation continues to evolve globally.

  5. I have other questions for you. How can I reach you?
You can drop us a message here, IG or WhatsApp (+65 8426 8891). Whichever is convenient for you. Meantime, stay home and stay safe!
